Development:
With modern CAD systems labels and folding boxes are developed and constructed. Prototypes can be made on a plotter for the first appraisal of new packaging. The design studio, equipped with software aligned to the development of packaging, is available in order to create product design or to properly combine and build into the construction graphic data of agencies and customers.
Pre press:
On computers of the latest generation and with special software, development data or technically flawless graphic data supplied by the customer are processed for production, examined by means of modern proof techniques and the printing plates digitally manufactured (computer-to-plate) |

Offset printing:
Cardboard and paper are printed on modern multi-colour machines of the Roland 700 series type, partly equipped with in-line flexo stations. The speciality of the printing works is the processing of brilliant metallic effect colours, /micro-encapsulated odoriferous substances and thermo-sensitive colours. Matte-gloss effects on standard materials and metallic paper or cardboard are obtained with special varnishes.
Label manufacturing:
Ultramodern cutting and perforation lines manufacture labels accurately and rationally. The adherence to narrow size and picture state tolerance is systematically supervised and the process regularly co-ordinated hereto. |

Cardboard processing:
Three automatic punching plates stamp and punch cardboard from 200g to 700g. The carton finishing is equipped with four high-speed and variably applicable gluing machines, as well as a modern window gluing machine. The quality safeguard of the process is ensured by means of the latest code readers and glue strip testing equipment.
Packaging machines:
Within the scope of the packaging systems business, our engineers develop technically specialised solutions for the building of packaging machines. In addition, very efficient machines are offered for the multi-pack systems Euro-Master, Euro-Basket und Euro-Träger. |
